1. what is Mirifem and what does it contain?

14. How to take Mirifem:
Take your first caplet after breakfast and the second caplet after dinner. Start on the first day of your period and continue taking till the 15th day. Then, wait till you get your period and resume on the first day of menstruation.

Please order additional bottles in advance to ensure that there is no break in your regimen. It is important to maintain the levels of phytoestrogen in order to get the desired result.

15. I have attained Menopause. How many caplets do I need?
You can take Mirifem to supplement the depleted production of estrogen in your body. If your aim is to simply maintain healthy estrogen levels, you can take the normal dosage of 2 caplets per day, for 30 days per month.

If you want to enhance and uplift sagging breasts, you can safely take 4 caplets per day, for 15 days per month.
Your period may return after taking Mirifem for an entire month.
